What this site does
Brunel Esports is the official esports society at Brunel University London. On this site you can browse our events, news, teams, clips and achievements, log in with Discord to RSVP to events and propose your own, and find our Discord community and socials.What we collect
When you log in with Discord, we receive and store your Discord user ID, your Discord username and your avatar image. We also record which events you RSVP to and any events you submit for review. We do not collect your email, password or payment details.How we use your data
We use this information only to run the society site: to sign you in, show who is attending events, display committee and team profiles, and manage event submissions. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in, plus Vercel's privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that counts anonymous page views and load times. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.Third-party services
Logging in uses Discord, which processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy. Embedded clips (Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Medal, Streamable) may collect data per their own policies if you interact with them. Our data is stored with Supabase and the site is hosted on Vercel; both process data on our behalf to run the service.Your choices and rights
You can sign out at any time. To see what data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete your account and associated data, contact the committee on our Discord. As a Brunel University London student society, your data may also be covered by Students' Union and University data policies.Contact us
